Paste rows below, one item per line. Two formats work: this app's own copy/paste layout (Category, Name, "qty N", "$X cost", "$Y price"), or plain Category, Name, Qty, Cost, Price — comma or tab separated. Existing inventory is kept; new rows are appended. Imported items get an auto-generated SKU.

Vendor → Purchase Order → Receive → inventory quantities increase automatically. Build a PO by staging line items below, then create it.

Items land here when you hit "Mark Sold" on an Inventory row — this is your completed-orders / sales history ledger. To correct a mistaken entry, remove it below (this does not automatically restore the unit to Inventory).

eBay, Shopify, and Etsy connect directly and sync automatically every 15 minutes. Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Grailed, Whatnot, StockX, Chrono24, and Vinted sync through the Atlas browser extension while you browse your own sales pages. Any channel — including Facebook Marketplace — can be imported from a sales report CSV.

Every dollar in the pile is capital not selling. Move items left to right: Acquired → Photographed → Drafted → Listed. New manual adds and received POs start at Acquired; imported catalogs start at Listed — correct any item's stage here or on its Inventory row. Items 14+ days unlisted flag amber, 30+ rust.

Everything that needs to go out: synced marketplace sales (checked off here for the whole team) plus Pending Orders not yet marked Shipped. Marking a synced sale shipped never touches the marketplace — pair it with printing the label there.

Inventory Value, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable are calculated automatically. Cash on Hand and Other Liabilities are editable — click to update.

A directory of your marketing and selling channels with one-click links out. For live sales syncing from marketplaces, use the Channel Sync view — eBay, Shopify, and Etsy connect directly, and the rest sync via the Atlas browser extension or CSV import.

A running record of additions and deletions. Deletions can be restored here even after the undo toast has expired.
